I have been rescued from the previous hotel. If you ever go to London, DO NOT STAY AT THE THISTLE AT BLOOMBURY. In case you didn’t see that, DO NOT STAY AT THE THISTLE AT BLOOMBURY. It’s the shittiest, man. However, the Radisson Edwardian Berkshire…all good, pimpin.
Either way, lemme tell you something about American dollars–they suck.
The dollar is weak now. Subpar. Dreadful. Everything costs a grip, and it’s all because the dollar is garbage. Granted, London is the New York of England, so things are gonna be pricey. But goodness gracious, man…goodness. Lots ‘o dinero, pimpin. Thank goodness my patrons are covering my expenses. Really I can’t say enough about how well they treat me.
Speaking of them, go to www.onlineclassics.com and look for the section marked “Latest News.” Click on the picture of Michael Jackson, and you’ll see what I’m here working on.
Anyhoo, life here is good. I’ve done a lot of stomping the streets, but I haven’t done much sightseeing. I figure that on Sunday and Monday I’ll get that in, and there will be lots of photos.
Speaking of photos, here’s one Corren took from the window of my room at the shitty hotel. It helps being cool with a photographer, lemme tell ya. You can find more of her stuff on my blogroll, where her site is featured.
Here’s me, way too happy about my new digs, which came with a crocodile bed. Yes, the headboard and rails are straight croc, baby.
And now, I get on the phone and book a train to Amsterdam. Surely, that will be something.
